What we collect

We collect only what you choose to share in our enquiry forms:
- Name, mobile number with country code, and email address
- Optional details such as the project you are interested in, preferred site-visit date and time, budget, configuration, buying timeline and purpose
- The page you submitted from and, if you arrived from an advertisement, its campaign tags

We do not offer user accounts and we never collect payment details on this website.

Partially completed forms

If you type your name and a valid mobile number into a form but do not submit it, we may record those two details so an advisor can follow up on your enquiry.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry: to call, WhatsApp, SMS or email you about the projects you asked about, share brochures and price lists, and arrange site visits. By submitting a form you consent to this contact even if your number is registered on the DND/NDNC registry.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only internally with our advisors and, where needed to process your enquiry or booking, with the developer's sales team for the project you asked about.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It stores a few small values in your browser's local storage (for example, whether you have already seen our pop-up and the campaign you arrived from) so that pop-ups are not shown repeatedly. The admin area uses a session cookie for signed-in staff only. Embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps load only when you click to play or show them, and may set their own cookies under Google's policies.

Retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to assist you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Call +91 93553 02055 or message us on WhatsApp.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
