Our story
From Elan Mercado to a City-Wide Portfolio
Elan Group began in 2013 with Elan Mercado on NH-48 in Sector 80. Elan Town Centre, Elan Miracle and Elan Epic followed, and all four are now operational with Occupation Certificates.
Elan Paradise, Elan Empire and Elan Imperial carry that commercial line forward. In residential, Elan The Presidential and Elan The Emperor anchor the 50+ acre Sector 106 township, and Elan The Statement brings ultra-luxury to Sohna Road.

Leadership

Elan Group is led by Mr. Rakesh Kapoor (Chairman), Mr. Ravish Kapoor (Managing Director) and Mr. Akash Kapoor (Director), supported by a senior team spanning architecture and design, projects, MEP, leasing, mall operations and hospitality.
In 2025, Shah Rukh Khan became the face of the Elan brand.
